Shabdarth - Kabir Saheb says that one must not join the company of bad persons, because a piece of stone can never float on the surface of water, i.e., like, a person, riding a boat made of stone, cannot cross a river, in the same manner, joining conpany of bad persons can never be virtuous. A drop of Swati Nakshatra(name of the fifteenth Nakshatra) becomes camphor when it falls on a bananna plant, it becomes a pearl when it falls into a shell and becomes poison when it falls into the mouth of a snake, i.e., the drop is one and the same but it changes its changes its properties according to the places it falls in.
