"And my ONLY ancestor is God"

God is That in which we live and move and have our being. We say Him because immediately we have to chain Him into our minds. We cannot imagine God, so we talk in the shadow of truth to simplify understanding and communication.

But if we say that this power we call God is our only Ancestor, then we wipe out all the in-between things, and there is just the individual and the God. Imagine what our lives would be if we could live like this. The world would not touch us – like a lotus in the water. Imagine it! Just yourself and God. That is God – Realisation.

It is so simple. Isn’t it? Then what stops us if so simple? The Ego. It is the little ego that actually turns us away from God. We are turning away from the Sun, trailing our shadow with us. Move back into the sun; face the sun face the Light. There is only the Light. When there is only just you and God then everything will be perfect in your life. You will find that the country in which you live is the perfect place to which to contribute; the same will be true of your family, your work, your workmates, your friends. Whatever you are doing will be perfection, because twenty four hours of the day you will be facing the Light. Even in your sleep, you will face the Light. That is what God-Realization, Self-Realization is all about.
