Generally all our thoughts are related to something about the past or the future. We can not have thoughts about present. In present we can have only consciousness, no thoughts. Thoughts are either related to some joyful experiences that you had in the past and want to have in future, or painful experiences that you had in past & don’t want to have again.

Even in the peak of joy, some unconnected negative thoughts come, and at time of some serious problem, suddenly positive thoughts come. One will be amazed to see that there is no logic in the way thoughts form in the mind. For example, you see a dog in the street, immediately you remember the dog from your childhood. Your thoughts then jump from childhood days to school teacher and then to the house where she used to live. In a few seconds the mind jumps from seeing the dog to school teacher’s house. There is no logical connection.

Thoughts appear randomly, independently & illogically. How does one ‘unclutch’ from this random stream of thoughts? Unclutching means experiencing the neutral calm space that exists between two thoughts. This neutral space --- ‘the silence’ is “the Peace & Bliss”. When we no longer grab onto thoughts and connect them to the past or future, we remain ‘unclutched’. This gap between thoughts will extend and we will experience more and more peace & bliss.

When we completely unclutch, our mind will be more peaceful, & we will never feel stressed out & so retain a significant amount of energy and freshness. Consequently, we will have better relationships with others, with lot of love and so be more productive & creative. Life will have a different quality & a purpose of helping & loving all and thus be BLISSFUL. Hence, please start this approach now.
